"So I *never* leave reviews, and especially for something as "boring" as insurance but, damn, John and State Farm have absolutely blown me away with their responsiveness and customer service. In addition to that, my insurance premiums have never been lower and that's coming from a guy with a multi-vehicle policy with a motorcycle and renter's insurance and quite a few speeding tickets. Just check John out and see what he can do for you!"

"Honestly I'm a little irritated with this office because I have multiple policies and the guy on the phone insinuated that I was trying to commit insurance fraud because I wanted to make sure that all of my possessions would be covered for renters insurance. Still the best prices but I'm still pretty irritated that he discouraged me to even ask about the policy coverage and that sort of exploitative behavior has no place. If I'm shopping for insurance I have a right to ask questions. I don't think this Austin guy is a bad person but man you have a lot to learn because you made me actually start looking for other agencies to switch to with your terrible attitude. It's beyond offensive. 2 stars because of the prices and that's the only thing that kept me as a customer. My relationship with this agency is akin to captor bonding and they do not value anyone other than themselves."

"After facing a huge rate hike for our auto and home insurance policies with Travelers after 10 years of being with them we shopped around and came across John and Austin with State Farm. They got us great discounted rates which were much lower so we switched and couldn’t be happier. On top of that, after 6 months, they managed to get us even lower rates for renewals so we are definitely staying with State Farm. Thank you Austin and John for going the extra mile and saving us a lot of money! Highly recommend this office!"
