"We switched our insurance to State Farm after receiving both Auto/Home quotes from Austin, in March. Three months later, we are now being told State Farm cannot insure our home because our driveway is not 20 feet wide, and we have landscaping within 5 feet of our home. I had to follow-up repeatedly to even get the Property Inspection completed, to try and keep our insurance through State Farm. And then after the Property Inspection was completed I had to follow-up multiple times, over three weeks, to even hear the results. And then we are finally told in a one sentence email that State Farm can no longer insure our home, no explanation. I had to respond again, to ask why. Shame on State Farm for insuring people before they receive the inspections, and for the lack of communication after a policy is put in place. I will never do business with State Farm again."
